Can I self-drive in Zanzibar?

Yes. Self-drive car hire is available at $45/day. A Zanzibar driving permit costs $25 and is required for self-drive only. You also need a yellow card, travel insurance, and a passport.

What does chauffeured hire cost?

Chauffeured hire is a promotional rate of $45/day for the car plus $20/day for the driver for tour clients.

How do flights and meals work?
